Information we collect

The information we receive depends on the features you use and the permissions you grant. We may receive:

  • Basic Google account information provided during OAuth authorization, such as your name, email address and account identifier, where needed to identify your connection.
  • Data you explicitly authorize the application to access through the permissions you grant.
  • Workflow information, including documents, spreadsheets, files and associated metadata required for workflows you initiate.
  • Technical information necessary to operate and secure the service, such as error records, request timestamps and connection information.
  • Information you send us when you contact us for support or submit a privacy request.

We request permissions needed for supported functionality and do not request access merely for possible future features. Visiting this public website does not connect your Google account or grant access to Workspace data.

Google API Services

Code Intelligence may use Google APIs to access Google Workspace data after your explicit authorization. Access is limited to the permissions you grant and is used only to provide requested application functionality.

Code Intelligence’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Google Workspace data is also handled in accordance with the applicable Google Workspace user data and developer policy. The authorization screen identifies the actual permissions requested for your workflow.

How we use information

We use information to provide functionality you request, process workflows you initiate, maintain and secure the service, troubleshoot issues and improve reliability. Use of Google user data remains limited to the user-facing workflow features described to you.

We do not use your connected data for unrelated purposes. If a workflow requires new permissions or a new use of data, we explain the change and obtain the required authorization before accessing or using that data.

Google user data

  • We do not sell Google user data or personal information.
  • We do not use Google user data for advertising or transfer it to third parties for advertising, data brokerage or resale.
  • We do not use Google access for purposes unrelated to the functionality you request.
  • We do not use Google user data to train generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models.

Humans do not read Google user data except when you give explicit, affirmative consent to access specific data, including for support you request; when necessary for security, such as investigating abuse or a security-related bug; or when necessary to comply with applicable law. A support request alone does not grant general permission to read your files.

These restrictions also apply to information derived from Google user data and to service providers acting on our behalf.

Data storage and retention

Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide requested functionality, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and maintain security. Retention depends on the type of information and the workflow involved.

Where technically applicable, temporary workflow data may be deleted after processing. We do not retain connected content simply because access has been authorized. Any caching of Google data is subject to applicable Google API requirements.

Revoking Google access prevents further authorized access through that connection; it does not automatically delete information already retained. You can separately request deletion as described below.

Data sharing

We do not sell user data. Technical service providers may process information on our behalf only where necessary to operate, maintain or secure the service, subject to appropriate safeguards and restrictions on their use of the information.

Transfers of Google user data are limited to what is necessary to provide the visible workflow functionality with your consent, address security issues or comply with applicable law. A user-requested workflow may send selected data to a destination you choose; that transfer must be disclosed as part of the workflow.

We do not grant third parties permission to use your Google data for their independent advertising or unrelated purposes.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to the information processed, including access controls and safeguards for authorized connections. These measures are intended to reduce the risk of unauthorized access, loss, misuse or disclosure.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. If you believe your connection or data has been compromised, contact us so we can investigate.

User choices and revoking Google access

Connecting a Google account is voluntary. You choose whether to grant the requested permissions and can stop using a connected workflow at any time. Some functionality may not work without the permissions it requires.

You can remove Code Intelligence’s access through your Google Account’s third-party connections settings. Look for the area for security or connected apps and services, select Code Intelligence and remove its access. Google may change the names of these settings.

You may also contact us about access, correction or deletion of information associated with you, subject to applicable law.

Data deletion requests

To request deletion of data associated with you, email contact@codeintelligence.ru. Identify the Google account or connection concerned and the data you want removed. Do not send passwords, access tokens or unnecessary sensitive information.

We may need to verify that the request relates to your data. We will delete the associated information unless retention is required by law or remains necessary for security or resolving a dispute, and explain any applicable limitation. Deleting data we hold does not delete your original files in Google Workspace.

Children’s privacy

Code Intelligence is not intended for children under 13 or a higher minimum age required by applicable law. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children below that age. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us to request its removal.

Public website and cookies

This public website does not use analytics, advertising trackers or non-essential cookies. It does not perform Google OAuth authorization itself. The hosting provider may process technical connection information needed to deliver and protect the website.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the service or applicable requirements change. The updated version will be published here with a revised date. Where a change materially affects the use of connected data, we will provide the required notice and obtain any necessary consent before applying the new use.
